Root & Rise is a collaborative sanctuary where Kirsten of Sunburst Energy Healing and Tina of Hoofs & Woofs Masseuse unite their expertise. We create immersive sound baths and Reiki sessions designed to restore your spirit and connect you with nature. Our mission is to bring people together through seasonal float sound baths and outdoor wellness experiences, fostering a grounded, peaceful, and elevated path to holistic restoration.
